An example from a personal perspective is utilising an old games console....Yes its true but quite effective. I play a table tennis game wherein I have to stand to play it as if I were actually in the game facing my opponent. Standing in one spot swinging your arms around like a mad man for 30 minutes can certainly get the heart beats up as well as endearing but concerning looks from your pets.


  • Drink Water: Hydration is key. Keep a water bottle with you and aim for at least eight glasses a day or more. Staying hydrated can help improve energy levels and overall health.

  • TIP- Add a little salt to every drink you have during the day (NOT TABLE SALT). Use natural salts like Pink Himalayan, Sea Salt and Celtic salt as this will enable the hydration of your cells more effectively, just the tiniest of pinches will do. Try and use a water filter too, as tap water contains too many heavy metals that interfere with the hydration process.


  • Nutrition Matters: Pay attention to what you eat. Incorporating more fruits and vegetables into your meals, along with lean proteins and whole grains, can have a tremendous impact on your vitality. Try an eat more organic produce too, I know it's more expensive, but GMO foods lack the vital nutrients your body desperately needs, especially MAGNESIUM!! And, buying organic may help with your goals if you are looking to eat less without effecting your cash flow. The more we buy organic, the bigger the demand, the cheaper the products will become.

Just sitting in a private and silent place having a chat with him can bring so much comfort and healing. A great meditative way to start and end every day, give it try.


  • Journaling: Writing down your thoughts and feelings can be a therapeutic way to process emotions. Set aside a few minutes daily or weekly to reflect on your experiences and express gratitude, then give them all to the Lord in thankfulness.


  • Limit Screen Time: Reduce the amount of time spent on screens. Social media can have adverse effects on our mental health. Allocate time each day to disconnect and engage in offline activities that inspire you. In addition, set your screens to the protective red setting setting, so you are not seeing the blue screen in as much volume. A study by a neurological surgeon in America, has found that blue screen technology is one of the main causes of weight gain in society today, its all to do with the eyes and the production of mitochondria. So get out in the evening sun a lot more and stop wearing sun glasses, we all need the healing UV light.
