We are confident that you will be satisfied, but if you encounter any issues, such as damage during transit or receiving the wrong items, you can opt for a refund or request a replacement. If your order hasn't arrived, please submit a claim within 14 days. For damaged items, kindly take a picture and email us at info@hadassahlife.com to initiate the refund or replacement process. Please note, for undamaged and correctly executed orders, we cannot offer returns or refunds due to hygiene and contamination concerns.

How long does it take for us to dispatch orders?

Sunday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), we always dispatch orders the same day if they are placed before 3pm. Anything after that is usually dispatched the next working day. On Saturdays, we dispatch orders the same day if they are placed before 10am, or were received the previous day (Friday) after 3pm.

Heads up, folks! If you’re living in one of those countries where import taxes sneak in like uninvited guests, you might have to pay up at your customs office to claim your shiny new order. Sadly, we can’t send them packing! But if you’re buying a gift and want to keep it tax-free, just drop us a note in the 'Add Note' section at checkout.
